Coverage
PolySleek Furniture is pleased to offer a comprehensive warranty on our furniture products. This warranty is valid for ten years/one year for fire pits from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship, not the result of user error or normal wear and tear. Our warranty ensures that you can enjoy your furniture with peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products.
Warranty Period
The warranty is effective for ten years from the date of purchase, one year for fire pit components. During this period, we will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost to you.
Covered Components

Fasteners and Connectors: Any issues with screws, bolts, and other fasteners used in the assembly of the furniture. This includes stainless steel breaks and rust.

Legs: Defects in the legs of chairs, tables, and footrests.

Seats: Faults in the seating area of chairs and benches.

Armrests: Problems with the armrests of chairs.

Backrests: Defects in the backrests of chairs.

Tables: Issues with the tabletop and supporting structure.

Footrests: Defects in the footrests of chairs and benches.

Polywood: Defects of the polywood including warping, breaking, cracking, or splintering.

Stainless steel: Defects, breaks, or rust.

Fire Pit: Defects in fasteners, hoses, spark ignition, control knob, control valve, and steel pan.
Exclusions

Normal wear, tear, and natural fading.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, hail, moisture, pets).

Claim Process

Limitation of Liability & Legal Rights
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our furniture or natural disasters.
