Warranty Coverage

  • Our furniture products come with a ten-year warranty from the date of purchase. One year for fire pit components.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to fasteners, connectors, legs, seats, armrests, backrests, tables, and footrests.

  • The warranty ensures that any faulty parts will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat, moisture).

  • Any damage resulting from improper assembly or installation by the customer is also excluded.

Claim Process

  • To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  • We may request photos or conduct an inspection to assess the defect.

  • If the defect is covered under warranty, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the affected parts.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our furniture, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery is charged at $1.00 per mile.

  • Local delivery within the Greater Grand Rapids area is free of charge within 30 miles of the registered Polywood Furniture address

  • Customers can schedule a pickup from our business location.

  • Prior scheduling is required to ensure that your items are ready for collection.
